How to get there

Most journeys begin with a flight to Providenciales (PLS), which is served by direct flights from London (via seasonal services), the US and Canada. From there, you’ll board a complimentary 20-minute private flight to Ambergris Cay’s own airstrip, where you’ll be met by your host and transferred to your villa in just a few minutes.

Are children welcome?

Yes. Ambergris Cay warmly welcomes families and is particularly well suited to those seeking a private island escape. Spacious villas with multiple bedrooms are ideal for families, while activities such as snorkelling, kayaking, paddleboarding, cycling and beach games keep children entertained. Babysitting can also be arranged on request, making it equally appealing for parents looking to enjoy some time to themselves.

Giving back

Ambergris Cay takes a low-impact approach to luxury. More than 60% of the island is protected as natural habitat for endangered rock iguanas, flamingos and migratory birds, while initiatives such as a solar farm, on-island water bottling, a zero single-use plastics policy and linen reuse programmes help reduce its environmental footprint. The resort is also intentionally low density, ensuring development remains in balance with the island’s fragile ecosystem.

What's included in your stay?

Your stay at Ambergris Cay is fully all-inclusive. Accommodation, à la carte dining, premium wines, spirits and cocktails, return private flights between Providenciales and the island, golf buggy use, snorkelling equipment, kayaks, paddleboards, Hobie Cats, bicycles, tennis, pickleball, guided nature walks and non-motorised watersports are all included. A selection of motorised activities and spa treatments are available at an additional cost.
